Susan Resh is Chief Administrative Officer at Health Alliance Global, Inc. responsible for a wide array of corporate functions, including human resources, benefits, insurance, contracts, provider licensing & credentialing, office/facilities management, fleet management, and general communications and support across the organization.
She brings an extensive and diverse background, developed over a distinguished career that spans Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups, and not-for-profit organizations. Much of her experience has been gained during periods of significant industry transformation and organizational change – an environment in which she thrives.
Susan earned her BA in Computer Science and Math from the University of Illinois, and has an Associate Degree in Accounting. She began her career in the telecommunications and cellular industries, holding positions at AT&T, Motorola, and the first cellular billing company. Ever-increasing management responsibility spanned system development, field operations, engineering, data center operations, and performance improvement initiatives.
She later served as Executive Director / VP of Administration & Finance for a nonprofit leadership development organization in the financial sector. For the next 20 years, Susan operated as a full-time independent contractor, supporting C-suite executives and teams as a trusted advisor and thought partner —most notably the President of McDonald’s East Division—with a wide range of strategic communications and special projects.
