Ken Flechler is Chief Executive Officer of Health Alliance Global, Inc., where he leads business strategy, operations, technology development, and the doctor-patient experience. With a proven record of driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation, he is focused on expanding Health Alliance’s influence in virtual healthcare and digital health solutions.

With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning infrastructure, biotech, and technology, Ken has held key executive roles at Fortune 1000 companies, including Pike Corporation, Comcast, and TCI, Inc. Prior to joining Health Alliance, he served as an independent management consultant and board advisor, guiding investment banks, renewable energy firms, and global hedge funds on M&A, growth strategies, and operational transformation. He has successfully scaled organizations, mitigated risk, and integrated multiple acquisitions into high-performing business units.

Previously, Ken was Chief Administrative Officer at Pike Corporation, overseeing human resources, corporate communications, risk management, regulatory affairs, and legal functions, while advising the Chairman/CEO. As Vice President at Comcast, he led employee safety, environmental programs, business continuity, and compliance initiatives, while actively contributing to the M&A team in executing and integrating over 70 mergers and acquisitions.

Ken has also been a trusted advisor in public policy and industry governance, serving on the National Safety Council Board of Directors, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s CIPC Communication Coordinating Committee, and as a Governor-appointed member of the South Carolina Energy Committee/Council under Governor Nikki Haley.

A graduate of Bellarmine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Ken is an active member of the Presidential Precinct’s Global Advisory Council, contributing to global leadership and policy initiatives.
